B.Yond Homes are bringing forward proposals for up to 83 new homes on land east of Aldermaston Road, Sherborne St John.

B.Yond Homes intend to submit an ‘outline’ planning application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council this autumn, setting out which parts of the site are proposed for housing and which parts are proposed for open space, as well as confirming the exact location and design of the proposed access from Aldermaston Road.  If their outline application is approved, a subsequent ‘reserved matters’ application would be submitted at a later date to confirm the finer detail of the scheme, such as a precise layout for the new homes and specific building designs.
